Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using the website thezun.net or any mobile application published by TheZun Studio.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the website, applications or services of TheZun Studio (the "Services"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms") together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The Services

TheZun Studio provides:

  • An informational website and a channel for support and enquiries;
  • Mobile applications that we design, develop and publish ourselves on the App Store and Google Play.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice, and we will not be liable to you or any third party for doing so.

3. User accounts

Some of our apps may require you to create an account. When you do, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information;
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and accept responsibility for all activity under your account;
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access;
  • Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by local law).

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of others' rights;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to extract the source code of our applications;
  • Interfere with, disrupt or overload the infrastructure of the Services;
  • Upload malware, viruses or harmful content;
  • Collect data about other users without permission;
  • Impersonate TheZun Studio or any person or entity;
  • Use bots, scrapers or automated tools to access the Services without our written consent.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Services — including source code, designs, logos, text, images and the "TheZun Studio" brand — is owned by TheZun Studio or its licensors and protected by Vietnamese and international intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted by implication.

If you send us feedback, ideas or suggestions, you grant TheZun Studio an unrestricted right to use them without any obligation of compensation.

6. Purchases & subscriptions

  • Some apps offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All transactions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and are subject to their terms and refund policies. We do not receive or store your payment details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • Prices may vary by region and may change with reasonable notice; changes do not affect the current billing period.
  • Refund requests must be made through Apple or Google in accordance with their policies.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEZUN STUDIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or meet all of your requirements.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEZUN STUDIO AND ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100 if you have made no payment.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TheZun Studio from any claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (c) any content, data or materials you provide.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law survive termination.

11. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes we will give at least 7 days' notice by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
